The most iconic dish in Menorcan gastronomy, inherited from the island’s fishing tradition and served in all its splendor. In the afternoon, the journey continues to the north of the island. Starting at Cavalleria Lighthouse, the northernmost point of Menorca, flanked by 90-metre cliffs above the sea, the scenery is unforgettable. From there, you descend to Cavalleria beach, with its golden sand and crystal-clear water, to end the day with a memorable swim.
