An independent and intimate project in the heart of Mahón, recognized by the Michelin Guide and awarded 1 Repsol Sun. Its concept revolves around tasting menus designed to let you experience the island through the senses. It is also certified gluten-free. The Light Menu, available at lunchtime, offers a more streamlined way to enjoy the essence of the restaurant.
