About this shop
D'Origen is a gastronomic project based in Mahón, Menorca, founded by Sara Sanchís (sommelier) and Sergio Loris (chef and artisan baker). It was born from their shared passion for products of origin and authentic gastronomy. What exactly is it? It is much more than a shop. It is built around three pillars: - The specialty shop - A carefully curated selection of products with Designation of Origin, including cheeses, cured meats, olive oils, wines, spirits, preserves, artisan sourdough bread, and gourmet gift baskets. There is a strong focus on local producers from Menorca as well as small artisan producers from across Spain. - The Luxury Concierge service - Designed especially for the nautical sector in the port of Mahón, offering yacht provisioning and personalized assistance. - The Gastronomic Classroom "Descorcha tus Sentidos" - Tastings, workshops, pairings, and educational experiences open to residents, tourists, and nautical professionals.
